Yes you can earn commission while finding your ideal home.
Are you looking on the internet, before you talk to a Realtor® ? Would you like to help in our search for your new home? If you do, I'll pay you 15% of my Commission for your efforts.
All you have to do is
- click on the MLS® LISTINGS Link, (This gives you access to all the Listings currently available on our Georgian Triangle Real Estate Board MLS® system.)
- enter your search criteria,
- choose up to 10 active listings that you would like to see,
- email me the addresses, or MLS® numbers,
- and when you would like to see them.
When we meet, we will review the work you have done and sign my Commission Sharing Agreement, if appropriate. Then we will discuss your criteria to confirm that we are both focussed on the same type of property. Then we will go and look at the properties where we have showing appointments.
